Landmark One

First impressions matter and Landmark One aims to maximize on it. Being the first of the six commercial buildings planned by the Company it was imperative to exceed expectations. Residential

Omkaara

The name inspired from the Jyotirlinga, Omkareshwar, is a state of the art project of more than 1.5 Lakh Sqft with lush green landscaping and an endearing facade. The two towers will be ten story’s each with the first habitable floor starting at level 2. Considering the busy work culture majority of the people have got themselves into, Omkaara has been designed to bring back some balance. Omkaara will be one of the few residential buildings in the state to power its common area lighting through solar panels leading to a lower sustainable maintenance cost for the residents and boost awareness on the need to go green.
